Honestly the best way is salad first, then mains, finally dessert. Try a little bit of everything with special attention drawn towards local dishes. Hawaii for mains always have poi, pork, maybe poke, maybe some bonefish, basically stuff you can’t really get on the mainland. Best way to do it.
