    Anyone else notice that everyone’s tv started acting up around 3-4 months ago ....... 🧐🧐🧐 but thank you it’s so helpful

      Yes, I can't connect my TV to the internet anymore. Wired doesn't work and there's no onscreen keyboard to input wireless settings!

      Yes maybe a little longer. This issue comes and goes constantly. I can fix it then right back to the same issue a few days later

    Thank you for sharing this fix, I'm a caregiver and I take care of a lady w psp syndrome and her favorite and only thing she can do is watch movies, we been struggling with the volume issues for 1 week now and today I decided to look in TH-cam and finding your video was the best thing.

    I was on Craigslist and a lady was giving away a 40" Samsung with the exact same problem (stuck on vol 12). I followed your instructions and it's fixed. Free 40" smart TV ! Thanks 👍

      I feel your pain, I wanted to throw a brick thru ours. Yesterday it worked today it didn't, it was becoming a crap shoot everyday we turned it on.

      Janurary for me too!!!! I’ve been getting so aggravated with it because I had to unplug the entire tv and Dona hard reset for it to work only for a second! This worked perfectly!!

      Mine just started doing this too. I have to reset it a couple times a week. I will never buy another Samsung junk tv.

    OMG, after 20 frustrating minutes with Samsung support I finally found the correct remote for the TV and followed your calm instructions and fixed this blasted TV!
    I'm about to get a pen, tape and paper and label all these darn remotes, there are no less than 4 of them floating around on this table.
    Thank you so much for this, the sanity you saved was probably my own.

    My kids said there tv was doing this since the beginning of the pandemic and they barely told me about this problem today 5-31-21 🤦🏻‍♂️. I went right away to TH-cam the holy grail of fix all and found your video! Thanks for fixing this problem. Kids are all happy 😃

    I had saved your video before, but then couldn’t find it. I almost had a panic attack! I finally found you again on TH-cam and went through the process, which had worked perfectly last time. This time it didn’t, BUT I just turned my TV off and back on AGAIN (I had already done this before going through your instructions). After I turned the TV off AFTER performing your instructions again, my sound was fixed! Thank you so much for your clear instructions. Just thought I’d let you know what happened in case someone else had the same issue. 😀

    Great video. My wife also said lets just get a new one. The TV is only two years old. I hope this fix is permanent. I never tried the smart hub reset but did a sound reset which fixed it for about a day. Fingers crossed.

    I exactly had the same problem and I called samsung support. Was a super easy fix!! I had the make sure my HDMI cable and power cord were plugged all the way in. That was it! Fixed this problem

    I tried your method and it worked for a little while, I was so happy.
    I reset the smart hub 3 times one evening, but the problem kept coming back
    Another video suggests deleting unnecessary apps that are clogging up your tv’s memory, caused by automatic updates.
    This has resulted in a more permanent fix.

    This definitely fixed the stuck volume issue. THANK YOU!!!! However, now my issue is the actual volume level isn’t correct. I keep it around 9-12 and currently it’s on 30 which in normal world is VERY loud. I don’t know what to do!!! Help!!!

    I'm based in South Africa... My TV settings were a bit different from yours, however after resetting my whole TV, it switched off and on again.. And wala the volume is back on, Thank you
