thanks so much for this. The graph editor always intimidated me, but this tutorial helped me to grasp the basics - now I've got a solid basis to keep learning! And your "have a go at it" always helps to apply what i've learned as I go. Appreciated as always.
Thanks for the tutorial! As someone new to animation, I'm very impressed with the tools Blender has to offer, like the graph editor. I love how the actions in the 2D graph space (duplicate, grab, scale, etc.) mimic those in the 3D viewport -- very intuitive.
A new animation series by Grant?!??! 👏*cracks fingers* time to get to work! Also, your tutorials are still the most simplest and guide friendliest I know, as in what keys you're pressing, despite the addon on the screen and explaining what we need and to do, it's still very generous of you to make such simple guides/tutorials! ... still gotta watch the first part 😅
@@grabbitt Yes it does work :) Thank you for the link. I will treat myself to a late birthday present and get this :) Do you have any recommendations for a hard surface modeling course?
Hey, I have a question related to Blender, with today's hardware that I need, if I want the process of viewing the animation in the animation viewer in Blender to be more fluid ? CPU or GPU ? , CPU few cores very fast or more cores ?

How to "move 3D cursor to the beginning"? I bring the playhead to the beginning but I can only scale towards the middle.
shift right click
@@grabbitt Thanks man. But after doing that I still scale towards the middle, not towards the beginning.
you have to change the transform pivot top right of window
are we gettimg more animation tutorial in this series
Hopefully

It depends a bit on the gpu and the type of animation
My graph editor makes no sense on my character..i have to move 2 axis to make it move straight ahead in the world.
Check your local coordinates for you character
It's been about 4 to 5 years using blender and still lazy to learn animations.
I think animation is easier than modeling.
