I mean we are not talking about a property in California vs a property in India.
It's still South-Africa. The quality that you get over in Gauteng is off course caused by competition. There's no true other reason why. You have a whole lot of everything there. Skilled professionals and laborers. So on one side the supply is constant. The competition as well. The western cape I guess has just a lot of towns with very infrequent supply from the ratio of skills and the process bringing these properties to market at scale.
I am so mesmerized. The western cape has mountains and ocean. And for that one needs to pay 2-2.5x more.
It is dissapointing really.
