It's in the middle of nowhere, hence the value. It's massive though and great estate.
@ZKhweziN 100% agree - some of us don’t need to be that to close to the hustle’n’bustle of Sandton or Pretoria; others wanna be as close as possible to schools. Each to their own, I always say🤗

Reasonable price but I'm not happy about the main bedroom because it's smaller than other two bedrooms, and the fact that it doesn't have balcony and sliding door, but it's a potential to buy ❤❤❤

The interior is very underwhelming though.Especially the kitchen

Watching from Australia and comparing what $650,000 gives you compared to R6,500,000 boggles my mind, $650k will get you 350m2, 3 bed 2 bath, no pool, single garage and a neighbour so close you can pass butter through the window to eachother

I honestly love the kitchen even though I can't cook but it is what it is 😂It's a very lovely home but the main bedroom was just monotonous or maybe it's the angles, the pjyama lounge with that built in cabinet it's a No for me. Love that is on the greenbelt spacious and you have some privacy. As always X thanks for taking us through 👌
I hear you, Lucky - I guess they used that cabinet as a partition to separate the different areas? As we mentioned there as well, replace it with a wall and you've got yourself a nicely secluded study/bedroom, PLUS another TV or payama area!
