As an old geezer, long since retired canter, I can truly say this always was one of my Hallmark pieces that I had many requests for from various congregations. After hearing your rendition I realize how enjoyable it would have been back in the day to have a female vocalist as talented as yourself to perform this piece as a duet. It would have been fantastic. Your voice is truly amazing! You sing with the gift of an angel.

Beautiful hymn Sarah , you have a fabulous voice. The Irish Tenor Count John Mc Cormac sang this at the Eucharistic Congress in Ireland in 1932 and has been sang by a lot of Irish Tenors including the late Frank Patterson who was in the USA many times.
