I have designed and printed slingshot, powered by a rubber band. I have changed a few things from the previous version including
1. Band Roller
2. Reinforced Structure
3. Reinforced Handle
4. Finger grip

your rubber band is too weak, and better to use aluminum arrows better penetration and accuracy
