Great tutorial ! Do you have any idea when we will be able to edit 8K 60fps Raw LT inside of Premiere or EOS VR Utility ? We are all using Mistika VR or Davinci as a workaround solution now... but the workflow is not ideal at all...

Very helpful and concise tutorial. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the Premiere Pro plug-in not working? I was wondering if it is because I updated Premiere Pro so that you no longer import files into an open project but instead Premiere starts your project with files already loaded into a sequence?

Hi Canon ! Is it technicaly possible to get 6.4K or 5.7k @ 60 FPS with the R5C and With the next 180/360 VR camera you are working on ???
4K is not enought, 30 FPS is not enough for VR, and 8K@60FPS need extra power supplie on R5C, so it's not friendly user at all when you want catch something on the fly.
So : 6.4K or at least 5.7k @ 60 FPS can be the best way to use your stuff... Hope it's technicaly possible to say good bye to extra power supplie with my Dual Fisheye lens.

Canon just answer this for me. Does it have to be an mp4 file for this plugin to work? And if not what are all the formats it can work with? Be honest and answer here, don't point me to your website discussion form.

      Hello Dpej:
You can find the details in the EOS VR Plugin for Adobe Premiere Instruction Manual, under the tab [Supported Clips]. Here is a link: canon.us/VRPluginAdobePre The plug-in supports clips captured with the EOS VR system equipment, that are (MP4 Movies), (JPEG images captured with image quality set to L, M, or S1) or (JPEG images produced from RAW processing without in-camera resizing or cropping) Be sure to click the Caution and Note links in the plug-in manual for additional information.
If you have more questions our Cinema agents will be happy to help you and have more information than we do in Social Media. You can reach them at 855-246-3367, 24 hours, 7 days a week, excluding holidays.
      We hope this helps.

When is Canon going to come out with a plugin that works on Macs with Silicon chips? It's been almost a year now and I'm about to go crazy. Please, please fix this.
