They getting into yoga or stretching exercises for your aches & pains, meditation and various herbal remedies for your menopause stuff I'm a guy but my mom got through it with them, I started doing yoga, stretching and meditation for my pain problems and I take Olive oil in the morning that helps with joint pains and is also good for cholesterol and other health benefits, turmeric is also good for joint pains!, anyway takecare!🙂✌️
Hi. I had back pain last year, Sciatica. I now do Yoga 3 times a week. I can not recommend it enough, I have no more joint pain. Also. If you suffer from colds, then take a daily shot of x 1 orange, x1 lemon, x 1 thumb of ginger and x 1 of turmeric (for the joints) with x 1 tablespoon of honey, juice all together as raw. Trust me this will help a lot. When you get older it is all about diet and exercise, get these things right and life becomes easier. There usually is a supplement that is natural out there for most issues. Do the research. Good luck.
The right exercise has been great for my sciatica. I've had it all my adult life, but weirdly as I've got older, it's got easier. I used to be crippled with it in my 20s. Now, I might only get it a few times a year, and it's nearly always because I lifted something I shouldn't have etc. I should know better! That said, as I get older I am starting to spot the things that are going to be my downfall in old age. I need to start tackling that so I don't end up reliant on the system. If I can't be independent when I am old, I don't want to be here!
