Loved this glute workout! Thank you. Leg lifts are what I've been looking for because they say there one of the best workouts to obtain a bubble butt 😊 Because they work the glute medius ..... but I have underactivw glutes so this was quite hard, also it showed me that my hamstrings are still weak and that I lock out ..... so absolutely love this! 😊. Definitely difficult but different from what I usually do, which is always a good little change every now and then. My favourite move was the third one, kind of similar to a blogilates move so I enjoyed it!
The stretch at the end is always great. Really opens my shoulders and works out my back after working out. But the entire video is great. Just a few moves that look simple can kick your butt!! Lol
My favorite is the one where you face forward and lift the leg up above the chair. It really challenges me to keep ma balance, while working on my poasture and lifting my legs.

I love the standing butt lifts where you're lifting your leg off the chair standing sideways. It burns so good 😂
The leg lifts facing forward killed my inner thighs! Love it!! And love getting the strengthening while stretching a bit at the same time.

Standing leg with reverse leg rotation to chair to really target the gluteus Maximus, hamstrings and low back and medium for stabilization
Hard to keep my balance throughout each side and exercise. Also my left hip really burned and hurt. Lower back hurt too.
