Lot’s of comments about cost. In total £45K - Initial quote was £35K but we opted to fully redecorate most of the house afterwards and the cost of the bathroom items were extra. Also the cost of new fire doors throughout the whole house which is a building regulations requirement when you extend up.
Is this a velux conversion? How much was the architect drawings?

@@AshMundo It’s a dormer conversation. Architect drawings were £1200-£1500 can’t remember exactly.
Is that 45k including VAT or + VAT?

It looks lovely. What was the overall head height?
Did you need to lower the ceilings once the first floor?
I’ll double check the plans but from memory I think the overall head height is 2.6m and the ceiling on the first floor didn’t need to be lowered.
Where did you get the shower tray from and who fitted the bathroom?

It does get hot on warmer days. On cold nights it feels similar to rooms in the rest of the house.
