I really enjoyed this interview I just returned to my original raw diet after 3.5 years of incorporating cooked food and I am mostly fruit this time is the difference I learned a lot to start my coaching program too thank you
Interesting guy! Love how he has built a business out of his passion for veganism. He's definitely a very healthy looking example of fruitarianism. Thanks Chef AJ for another great episode!
Yo, I'll have to be the party pooper here.😀How can one health-coach others, esp for money, if s/he does not even know what triglycerides are? Education does not come from merely watching youtube channels although that is really helpful for people who have no knowledge at all of physiology/ cell biology/microbiology/ biochemistry... Yet at least he does not promote fractionized stuff like protein powders etc. which is really nice. As for 'labels', there is nothing wrong in admitting that you have failed to sustain a particular strict way of eating. Being a healthy 100% fruitarian for the rest of your life is sth not many people can achieve.
Yes, the tryglycerides was my question, I wasn't impressed with his answer. I think it's just genes because my whole family died from heart disease. I know I eat way too much fruit. I don't know how anybody can stay full drinking smoothies since Dr. Esselstyn says not to drink your calories, chew all food.
U can get high tryglycerides from just eating flour products & fruit. I'm starch based vegan & I don't eat any nuts, seeds, avocados, coconut olives or oil. I do eat Ezekiel bread, 4-6 slices a week, occasional pasta.
@@jgrysiak6566 Yes, so true. Re hyperlipidemia, it can also be caused by gut dysbiosis esp overgrowth in the small intestine from the time before the diet change.
Date season is here! Just received an 18 Sampler box from “The Date People” in Niland, California. Why settle for store bought when you can have 100 % raw, organic, from a fabulous small sustainable raw, organic farm? Michael Greger,MD also raves about these jewels😊❤️
@@jgrysiak6566 botanically...yes..as are cucumbers, tomatoes, squash, peppers, okra, grains, acorns, maple seeds, pine cones, nuts, peanuts....but most fruitarians are not eating many of those.
I have heard Dr Furhman say that a fruitarian diet is inadequate in nutrients. While Ted Carr has business sense, I think it would benefit his clients for him to work in tandem with a knowledgeable nutrition professional so that his clients and their target audience have the benefit of excellent nutritional advice for a balanced and adequate vegan diet. He is coaching people to set up a vegan business, but does not appear knowledgeable about nutrition and claims he is not a health expert. However, his TH-cam channel name has the word “Health” in it. I just want people to have good nutrition information and guidelines to avoid health problems such as B12 deficiency. Newbies to veganism will have lots of questions. This whole thing seems very gimmicky to me. If I’m keeping it real, sorry, not my favorite, but thank you for all you do, Chef AJ.
High watery Fruits are the most nutrient dense foods for humans, hands down. There are no missing nutrients when it comes to fruits. They are also powerful cleansers. Unless you’ve done a high watery fruit cleanse for at least 30 days.. you’re speaking from theory and not experience and your knowledge is extremely limited.
AJ must not have much of a process for vetting guests. She sees "vegan" and thinks he must be a swell guy. Ted has always been a bullsh*t artist and grifter. Hasn't done a day of work in his life. He is a professional mooch.

If he mentions guacamole as a topping one more time, I'm sneaking to his house for dinner 🥣
Just go buy some avocados...you'll come out better in the end.

Nonsense. Frutarian diet is the healthiest and the most nutritionally balanced and complete food for humans.
He doesn’t know what blood numbers. He should not coach anyone
I’m sorry AJ I don’t like this guy. So please with himself.can you please invite older vegans to your show. Thank you for all you do
Us older ones will all die away, WFPB, vegan, and vegetarian and the young will take over, whether we like it or not. They operate differently.
Sounds like a great way to make money by plagiarism
