Working in a speciality café, I think it's often overlooked just how important understanding calibration is. And it's NOT a one time thing, you'll need to do it every morning before serving a cup. Especially the espresso grinders, since they're not only the highest volume of coffee you'll be grinding, but also the finest, which hovers in minute increments. Great video, and hope you cover the theory of the other variables as well, like ambient temp, humidity, light/dark roast differences etc.
