@ramonahierholzer3163 Starting with a fresh pineapple, using a knife cut the heavy skin off the fruit (set it aside), cut the fruit to eat. Now for the peel/skin there are 4 options: 1) use immediately by adding to the boiling water you're using for tea; 2) put in freezer bags to store in freezer; 3) put on racks in a dehydrator to dry then store in glass jars in a cool dry place; 4) freeze dry then store in mylar bag with oxygen absorber.
How does she use it? My son had a bad tooth ache and I gave him some clove oil on a cotton ball. The pain went away almost instantly and stayed away for a couple days
@loriflarson4236 My aunt just recently started using the whole clothes and making tea out of it. And she said she drinks the tea throughout the day to help her with pain. I don't know much about it. Seeing that she does live in a different state. And is currently in the hospital for a broken hip.
Thank you so much for these recipes. I will love the hot tea one!! The other one too, but I tend to like hot tea. I really like these all natural recipes for health. Have a blessed evening. Tina ❤😊
Reminds me that I was going to share a “Prepper pantry” success my wife made. Quinoa (1 cup), broth from chicken base or other if preferred) 1 cup. Can of canned chicken. Can of fire roasted tomatoes. Cumin, garlic, chili powder. Black beans (optional). Very tasty and very filling. All from easily stored supplies. Enjoy!
Purchase a "zero water" filter & be prepared to be shocked how toxic your water is!(in the toledo area) I couldn't walk for almost a week when I was grieving & didn't check to change my filter- I survived a flu with ginger water I canned in advance- I have so much love for you Jenny & will most definitely can a bunch of this to use & hand out to my friends who "believe in the cough" because their liver enzymes are off the charts- FATHER always gives is what we need to heal ourselves💪👊👊 Psalms 91!
Definitely add honey, which is also medicinal. When I was a child, every time I had a cold, my mother would make me what she called a 'hot toddy': juice of a fat wedge of lemon and a spoonful of honey in a cup of hot water. It helped with the congestion and the cough. I still use her homemade remedy when it's called for. 🥰
This sounds delicious and helpful too! Thank you so much for this video. It’s going to come in handy with all of our allergies right now. The bonus is that I’m diabetic and I can also do this! Thank you so much blessings.!
I’ve had 2 cups of warm orange tea already. It is so smooth going down my throat and the kitchen smells amazing!!!
I love to make sweet tea, using cloves, and star anise with my tea bags. It's delicious, and the additional spices are a real treat.
You can also use pineapple peel instead of orange for your tea. The pineapple peal has strong anti-inflammatory properties.
Good to know!! How do you store, process and store pineapple peel?

YUM! Thank you for sharing this. 😊🥰
I’ve got a clove tincture sitting. I hope to be able to use it for toothaches.
I know that clove oil works GREAT for a tooth ache. Never thought about a tincture. I don't see why not
I was thinking of trying that but wasn’t sure if it would be as effective

I’m “Definitely” going to try this in the evening before bed. Haven’t felt the best for several weeks. Thank You❤
This would be good.
For people who are very cold at certain times. This should help my husband a lot. With his cancer
Thank you😊 I have all of the ingredients and I will by trying both ways. I like that it can help the blood sugar
I made this for my husband & he loved it! It is so good.
You can also add a few drops of clove oil to your drinks. I use clove oil for sore muscles. It really helps that too. Love your video!!

Yummy! 😋 Can't wait to make these!
If you make a larger batch how long does it last in the fridge?
Good cooking
Do you drink the lemon with cloves and cinnamon water warm or cold? Tfs
Can you use the zest
yes, you could zest it if you want.
I try to chew on 2 cloves a day.
❤
I really need to start writing this stuff down..if the grid goes so does my videos.😢
I thought I heard that you should never use a metal spoon with honey. It kills the good benefits of honey. Anyone else heard that?
Stainless steel is ok to use
