1. Em is Dre's most successful and probably closest protege
2. Em has dominated the game since he entered it
3. Murder Inc was technically a subsidiary of Death Row, and Irv Gotti worked for Suge. While Dre was dealing with him, Shady Squad dealt with Ja's team. Considering how big that beef was and how devastatingly it ended for Murder, there's no reason Suge doesn't know about Shady Records
4. Suge has sent people after Em before as a way to get to Dre, though he was unsuccessful thanks to D12, 50, G-Unit, Obie, and Em himself
5. Kxng Crooked has worked with Em closely for years, and he was previously the "Star of Death Row's 2nd Dynasty" and the "Best West Coast Spitter since 2Pac" according to Suge himself, who signed and supported Crook while he was there.
6. Em produced Loyal to the Game as a favor to Afeni Shakur, often considered Pac's best posthumous album, whereas all previous ones were done by Suge and Death Row.
