New Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1AEBT00113
This video shows you how to install a new TRQ tensioner pulley in your 2004-2015 Nissan Titan. The tensioner is a springed device that keeps the serpentine belt in your vehicle at the correct tension to keep it on the pulleys, without being so tight that it breaks. Eventually the tensioner may become worn, loose, or stuck, resulting in belts that squeak, slip, or fall off.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2004 Nissan Titan
    2005 Nissan Titan
    2006 Nissan Titan
    2007 Nissan Titan
    2008 Nissan Titan
    2009 Nissan Titan
    2010 Nissan Titan
    2011 Nissan Titan
    2012 Nissan Titan
    2013 Nissan Titan
    2014 Nissan Titan
    2015 Nissan Titan

Would've been interesting to see how the idler gets replaced as well. I bought the whole package.

I have a QX56 in right now and it’s not whining but more of a high pitch hum. It’s coming from the tensioner. Could that be the bearing going bad in it? 114k miles. I recommend replacing tensioner and idler pulley along with a new belt.

I just replaced mine on the Infiniti because of a rattling noise from that area. And I could see it slightly jolt periodically. Still does this with the new one. New belt as well. What could cause this? Idler pulley?
