Indigo staff misbehavior with Passengers

At Lucknow Airport..Some passengers forgot to board the flight and requested the indigo staff to help with an alternative but the rude behavior of the male staff member is clearly visible in the video saying that"Sir u r coming very casual manner and 3 to 4 times I shouted announcing ur name to board the flight but no response.since u lost it flight..I am not responsible..Indigo staff have once beaten a passenger at the airport and one episode reveals their I'll mannered behavior.
