    Welcome to today's second trimester prenatal yoga flow. I'm so excited to be sharing this 20 minute prenatal yoga practice with you all today. This is a combination of relaxing stretches and strength building postures both of which are very important during your pregnancy.

    24 weeks This pregnancy has been very hard for me , the end when you said “ my body was made to do this “ I really needed that . Thank you .

    Thanks so much! You have a really relaxing and lovely voice. I'm 20 weeks + 5 days and just got a healthy anatomy scan. So nice to breathe to baby and relax his home for him. Is there a certain number of weeks where you might recommend stopping downward dog. I was thinking of stopping in ab a month. xoxo

      Hey! Aww how wonderful to have had a healthy anatomy scan 💜. Thanks so much for joining the family, I’m so happy you’re here!
      So it’s totally up to you and what feels right for your body but inversions of any kind (including downward dog) are not recommended at all in the 3rd trimester and I wouldn’t let any clients of mine do them beyond the second tri. I stopped fairly early on in my first pregnancy and later in my second. I hope that helps 💕
