Degla is definitely one of my favourite places to ride. The trails are so good and the community around the cafe and shop seems so welcoming and fun. Always a pleaser 👌
Degla is a great flowy trail centre.. First rode it in about 2010... this was pre a lot of the black options like Parrallel Universe etc (and even the blue?) its was I think just a Red. The climb out of the Fox section ive always "hated" 😅.... but the way down is great! When I first did it it was solid forrest all the way out the car park... over the years it took longer and longer to find the trees again Your vid has made me want to visit again... must be 7+ years or so since I was last there!!
Great video! You should head back there man, I went yesterday and they’ve upgraded the back half of B-Line big time, won’t tell you what they’ve done… but definitely go check it out!
I'm off to Llangegla in a few weeks for my first visit. Just waiting for the school kids to go back so I don't get to embarrassed by my jumping skills 🤣
LLangdegla was ok but I would definitely say its more orientated towards e bikes. In my opinion it felt like a lot of uphill for not a lot of reward. Coed Y brenin on the other hand was a lot more fun, even the uphil there was fun! Cool video and love the naration 👍
Oh just found this video after your red trails review, these look even better. Gonna head down there, think I'll be aching afterwards since I only have a HT.
Great video and on board experience. Good description and voice quality. Looks as though they have had a lot of rain recently.....good riding skill as well.
If you go right of snowdon view and head onto jj jumps which is a red trail,at the end go left and you will find a trail go onto the left trail which is a steep techy black trail which will really make you think
I’m going end of November, I have week of mountain biking as a adventurous training package mon-Thursday saw this is on me route back, definatley gunna pull in on the way back home! How far and what sort of elevation did you do on this ride?
@@littledevilchris666 Awesome, it’s a great place to visit. The black trail is about 21k in total. I’m not sure about the elevation, but a fair chunk is done on the fire road climb from the carpark to the start of the trails.
@@bikeandbeyond that’s cool, thank you for getting back to me, will be on my trusty hardtail, she climbs well and pushes well when my thunder thighs get tired 😂 plus I need to warrant keeping her to the wife 😉
Yeah there are a range of trails there so it is accessible at a lot of different levels. I don’t get the chance to ride there often so it is always a good day riding something a bit different to usual.
Just been on my Giant stance e bike. Made it so easy grtting up all the hills, i would say most these trails sway towards the e bikes. Thw amount of people on more expensive pedal bikes than my ebike that i passed was unbelievable
I have been to Llandegla a few times and I can’t believe I haven’t ridden these trails before.

Yeah I agree. It has some awesome trails (and good coffee, which is an important factor in my books)

Wow, I can imagine it has changed a lot in the last 7 years (but the climb out of Dave the fox is still a slog 🤣)

Thanks mate. Yes I have seen a few sneak peaks of the trail improvements on Instagram. I need to get back and check it out.
Okay really like your YT style and riding :) ace videos friendly and informative
Thanks mate, I really appreciate that! I’ll keep making videos as long as people keep watching them 😀👍🏻

🤣😅 I know what you mean
looks great... ebike perfect
It would be a great ebike trail
Nice weekend uppy dude! I fancy a spin around there, on an e-mtb though with my legs 😜
It’s a good fitness ride. If you ride a few of the trails in a row your legs are certainly going to know about it.😂
A lot of people don't rate degla. I love it. Especially on a hartail
I know what you mean. I think the blue trail lacks a bit of excitement. I can’t believe I haven’t ridden the black trails before though.
I’ve been a few times myself, great place and even better on an ebike.
That last drop on the black trail really is a lot scarier in person.

Yeah it’s got some good stuff

Love this place

Thanks. Yeah they have had a lot of rain. The trail tends to drain quite well (apart from the annoying puddles before the jumps 🤣😅)

@@bikeandbeyond Exactly. Have you tried the new off piste enduro trails there?
Have you been to Davagh or Garvagh yet? If you haven't already come visit they are milderbbut are really fun
Not heard of them. Will check them out 👍🏻
Good fun on BMX
What frame protection is this?

it's grippier when wet - slippy when dusty
