Tried this. It was super yum.
But I felt it better after refrigeration atleast for 6 to 8 hours.
Like you said it is cheaper to make as we aren't buying the items from outside.
Only fresh cream need to be bought if we don't have it at home.

when I was in London I was a fan of the strawberry cheesecake and lemon cheesecake. but it is not baked in the oven. ingredients are simply mixed and chilled in fridge. Just make the biscuit base, pour the cheesecake mix over it and fruit filling above all. then chill . it is ready.
Ys , me too did the same way as mentioned above , but it’s always messed up with the biscuit part , that biscuit part is hard and not came out from the dish 😂but it’s tasty . But need to try this baking style ,hopefully biscuit is coming 😀
