If you're looking for more suggestions: Judgment in the Sixtieth Year ~ Fate of Sixty years You could probably pull some interesting sounds out of there Reach for the Moon, Immortal Smoke Has been done before a number of times, but it is definitely a contender for song that sound great as a metal arrangement, and wit would be fun to see your execution of it Love Colored Master Spark Has been done quite a lot, but damn if that song isn't set up for excellent guitar squeals. May not be the most interesting when it comes to the process of arranging it for metal (hell, like a number of other Touhou songs, it sounds like it's practically already set up structurally for it), but would definitely be a blast to hear Charming Domination ~ Who Done It! Kinda just a personal favorite, not to mention there are some nice piano runs (i think that's what they're called) that would probably sound awesome on an electric guitar! (Also you already did Necrofantasia, which is a melodically more interesting version of A Maiden's Illusionary Funeral ~ Necro-Fantasy, so that's out)
