I personally love the longer videos it makes time go by quicker when you out on the road or at work in general. But I always watch the vids regardless of how long they are. I definitely understand TH-cam analytics and statistics. There are those of us who actually enjoy watching long form videos about trucks/trucks related content. It just not enough of us and you have to conform to how your videos are doing in order for it to be watched successfully. I do that all time on my old TH-cam channels before being suspended. You have my unconditional support either way. Haters just keep on watching. Lol As for memberships, you can definitely talk about more stuff in depth for members only while, at the same time, keeping it somewhat private. Just as long as there isn't any copyright violation, slandering, etc., you good to go.
You asked for feedback and I enjoy your movies so much I feel I should give it. I like the content, you do a good job editing and educating like pretrip daily routine videoing. I respect the way you carry yourself by keeping it clean, never heard you cuss or talk about sex you treat your family good and dog too. The time length is good for me as I'm into trucking especially fuel hauling. I admit I have paused a few and come back later but the content is interesting and educational to us wannabe tanker tankers. Every other day? You do what's best for you. I'll still be watching. Compared to the other trucking videos and I watch most of them you are the best 4 me as our personalities are similar and values. I can relate to you. You are a good fella. Not sure about membership fees. Just my opinion. Maybe hats t- shirts or hoodies? Merchandising your brand. A cook book? Overall great job. Not sure what statistics say, only speaking for me. Mike if you do a membership type of thing I would definitely do it. I rather give my money to a small TH-camr than the big ones. And I love long videos and I would definitely watch all the way to the end, but that’s just me. But short or long I will watch. I like 40-minute trucking videos from any channel, really, but especially yours. You cut and edit well, and don't leave too many, I guess you would call it dead air time. But the videos aren't for me personally, so I would say do what works, I'd still watch 25-minute vids. But you already know that. But you should sprinkle in 40-minute drives. For the one's who want to see them.
I forgot to add, also be true to yourself, Mike. At the end of the day, this is your time, your life, and your hard work. Do it the way you want it done. If you put your heart into it and your passion, real people will watch and stay.

Go see a chiropractor, i see mine once every other month after bouncing around in this truck, he realigns my spine and stretches me out and works the muscles in my neck and shoulders and cracks my neck and it gets to a point when one of my legs is shorter by half an inch than the other one, he stretches my joints and man, it makes you feel like a new man afterwards.
Mike in my opinion I love your long videos n watch everyone to the end,sometimes I'm driving but I listen to the end but for your benefit I thing your 15 to 20 min videos would make more sense for u n your hard work producing it cause trust me after 42 yrs of driving I know it's gotta b hard working n trying to find the time to get your videos uploaded n get rest n I really think it would all around benefit your time n pocket book, brother I absolutely love your honesty n ur values n I truly know u will become a hit on TH-cam but I know it takes time to do that n I also know u will make it cause ur heart is in the right place n yes try the Patreon n members,why not u work hard for it n deserve it so do yourself a solid n go for it....see ya on the next one Mike n bella..

Don't buy a truck. Work,Save, Vacation,save,save,save for retirement. Videos 10-15 min 2-3 days week or record the week then edit 5 -10 mins each day drop vid on sunday.
Go half hour, 20 to 40 minutes. As for membership? Most of the people I watch who have membership have both in the same page. There's specific questions that members only can see and comment on.
Attention spans are short, I agree maybe shorter videos are better, some other people I watch have 15-20 minute videos (give or take), I don't care what day the video comes out, but I think maybe short videos more often would be better.
Get ahold of Kurt Schmidt. I watch him too. He could tell ya about monetising and members only. You tube is weird. Kurt got de-monetised for showing a cut on his finger. He keeps making vids anyway. Lots of worse stuff has been on you tube so you do you, we'll watch them.

Go see a chiropractor, i see mine once every other month after bouncing around in this truck, he realigns my spine and stretches me out and works the muscles in my neck and shoulders and cracks my neck and it gets to a point when one of my legs is shorter by half an inch than the other one, he stretches my joints and man, it makes you feel like a new man afterwards.

Don't buy a truck. Work,Save, Vacation,save,save,save for retirement. Videos 10-15 min 2-3 days week or record the week then edit 5 -10 mins each day drop vid on sunday.
I don't know if I could do weekly like that. I tried once and didn't go well cause I like the immersion that I could possibly offer to the viewers..
