It has been a long time since I ate possum but wanted to let my grandaughter try it out. Most folks around here think I was crazy for doing it lol. It really did turn out well. Going to try some other things also. . Appreciate ya taking time to watch hope all is well down there take care.

Well that was awesome. I’ve never had possum before, but even here in Maine we have possums (big ones). Winters are rough for them, but we still have them along with plenty of other wildlife. When you fry up your quesadillas, what kind of oil do you prefer? I’ve never made them either, but they looked good. Take care you two, and God Bless!

I used Amish butter to fry. It was all really good to our surprise. We will do it again sometime. Appreciate ya sister hope all is well take care
