OK..this workout was a challenge! I am so proud of you all for pushing through this one with me because I'll be honest, if it wasnt for you showing up, I would've really struggled to show up! We all have times like that though, and we are here because we just remember that we are blessed with the abilities and strengths we have! Thank YOU for showing up for me today, I TRULY CHANNELED YOUR ENERGY TO GET ME THROUGH THIS ONE! WAY TO GO!
Squatapalooza at the end was killer.. but I didn't stop! Thanks for setting such a good example and never giving up! BEST part of my day, every day!!!!
Camelback Mountain 🐫 is my favorite hike that I have done here in Phoenix so far! So fun! By the way, I just moved up my home weight collection and finally have 15s and 20s to challenge myself. Today was incredible, and I am so grateful you showed up. Shine that light, for it is lighting up souls everywhere! Thank you, to infinity.
I have been in Eating Disorder recovery for a few months now, and Sydney's workouts have been my "monitored" form of exercise (under the guidance of my dietician and recovery team). I have dealt with exercise addiction in the past and Sydney's workouts have helped me to understand structured movement and fitness in a healthy way. At one point today she said something along the lines of: "If you quit, think about how hard it would be to start again." I realize this was referencing the workout but I also can pair this to my recovery and many other things in life. Quitting is hard, but starting again is even harder. THANK YOU Sydney so much for your support, you have helped me more than you could imagine 💪❤️
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (40:40): "When you think about how easy it would be to quit, think about how hard it would be to start again." Our goal? Just. Keep. Going. No matter what. I recently listened to a podcast episode about circumstances vs. our thoughts about those circumstances. Circumstances are facts, irrefutable evidence. For example, my legs are burning and I'm breathing hard. The THOUGHT about this circumstance is what's most important. You can think, "This means I'm tired, so I'm going to stop." Or you can think, "This means I am strong and I am getting stronger." Notice your thoughts about your circumstances, and make an effort to change them!
I kept giggling at the end with the squat-lunge combos as Sydney kept encouraging us to keep going. She was so working on herself. Good job Sydney, you crushed it! 🥵🦵🏻👍🏻
Wouldn’t it be amazing if Sydney held classes in person in America and internationally for her subscribers when things go back to normal. Her positive energy is contagious and so motivating. I’d be so up for that💪🏾
I am trying to manifest running into her, randomly, in person. That would be so dope. I would love to go to a meet up too, and meet other like-minded people. I need other inspiring and fun fitness friends in my life. 🥰
anyone reading this before they start, push yourself through it and notice how you feel after. this workout is so challenging but far more rewarding 🥵 YOU GOT THIS💗
Who else’s feet didn’t leave the ground on those squat jumps but somehow still ended up in a sweaty puddle by the end? Lol 🙋🏾♀️ Who else never thinks Sydney is being dramatic with her breathing? Lol I’m heaving and gasping for air right along with her! Grateful that Sydney showed up to help us get through our hard days.. I always have one or two days where I have to just show up and do my best without much motivation and I’m going to use this workout to help me fight through it this month. So proud of all of you for giving it all you have. 💪🏾✨💛
Another Sydney Quote...” You’re gonna go through with it so you may as well NOT freak yourself out” .. so true.. LOVED this workout 🏋️♀️ ❤️good luck crushing it everyone!!!!!you can do it 💪
I HATED THIS WORKOUT!!! BUT IT FELT SO GOOD!!! SYDNEY! YOU LEFT ME WITH SWEATY TEARS!!! I'VE NEVER FELT STRONGER!! BOTH MY LEGS AND EYES ARE CRYING!! I LOVE YOU SM!
Legs we are all ready. Strong, Stronger and Strongest. Friends we are accomplishing a lot and setting ourselves for so much success. Wowzie!!! Boy oh boy!!! My breath was all over the place in this workout. Felt so good once I finished!!! Couldn't get words out...nodding yes, no or thumbs up to Sydney's questions. It is so amazing that we are all doing these workouts and feeling powerful day by day. 💪💪💪
GOSH!!!!! I FEEL LIKE A WARRIOR NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO STRONG SO PROUD OF MYSELF! Yep, sweltering heat, PMS to the max, but I CRUSHED IT!!!!!!!!!!!! feeling just so dang awesome right now and congrats to all of us who crushed however long of the work out! we deserve a huge pat on the back!!!!
Been with the program since the beginning but posting a comment for the first time, because when I finished it today, I was so proud of myself I was in tears. I couldn’t have imagined being able to do these moves, that too with bands and weights, till just about a month ago. I have a long way to go. I need to lose a lot of weight. But this program is making me so much stronger. And that’s incredible.
"Stop and breathe, don't stop and leave". For the first time I contemplated it, but I kept going! Thanks for always pushing us beyond what we thought we could do.
52:42 stop trying to fight your body for what is NOT yet and celebrate your body for what it can do . Anyone with me, who really needs to hear this!! This is just so amazing, channels all that negativity to STRENGTH. This workout is TOUGHNESS ON A HECK NEW LEVEL 🔥
I crushed this workout even though I didn’t sleep well last night and took a nap before I did the workout. I also had to do the modifications because of my period. However, my legs are stronger because of this workout. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow.
I just love you, Syd. “You do this FOR your body, not to PUNISH your body.” I adore working out with you and love it, but I know there are many out there that need that positive reminder.
hi sydney! u probably won’t see this lol but i’ve been subscribed and doing your workouts daily for over a year now and this one of my favorite. i keep coming back to it & keep doing it over! thank u’
Have to celebrate!!!!!! After 15 years of recurrent knee injuries and wicked IT band syndrome, working out with a Sydney since January 2021 has got me finally able to do squat jumps PAIN FREE. I just relished all those squat jumps because I FINALLY can do it after so long!!!!!! That word functional got me today! Thank you Sydney!!!!!!
Oh my gosh! The sweat puddle I was in after this workout ! Phewww Feeling proud of where my lunges have improved and this workout truly showed me how far I've come. I get down on myself about not seeing an outward change in my body as fast as Id like to, but then I notice my ability to move has improved and that re ignites my motivation!
CRUSHED IT. That was INTENSE. This program is officially the most CHALLENGING I’ve done with you. Looking back to a YEAR ago for myself is insane. I am a completely different person now, confidence is the HIGHEST it’s ever been in my life. I’m three years postpartum of twins, the strongest physically & mentally I’ve ever been. Grateful grateful grateful. Thank YOU Sydney for helping so many people find that inner fire & light within theirselves. You are a blessing. ❤️🤘👏
Last month I literally cried over the single leg exercises because I struggled so much. Today I moved up in weights and I could see the results of the single leg work. Thank you Sydney for always pushing us to do more!!
I don't think I've ever not completed a workout.....Today I wanted to STOP! Thankfully I didn't! Thanks for pushing me through this Sydney. We did it together!
Wow, this workout is a BURNER on the legs! I am so amazed at what my 59 year old body can do, with determination, and Sydney's encouragement. I pushed myself to go up in weight on my step-ups, and happy that I could do it through all the rounds! Those bodyweight jump-to-lunge circuits toward the end were a killer! 🔥😅 With all of the jumps in this workout, it ended up being a cardio workout, as well as leg strength! Loved it! ❤👍
So proud of me (and all of us who did today's workout)! Leg days are not my favorite - my goal was to focus on form and my strength. CRUSHED IT. Thank you, Sydney for everything you do for us.
Today was an epiphany on my progress and how strong I’ve gotten. Sydney is an inspiration and her program works. I have strengthened my core and back and had no back pain💞💞 Love this!!! Thank you 🙏🏽
This. Was. Hard. But I LOVED every second of it. Feeling stronger and really motivated when I see Sidney moving so well after her injury. I am coming out of a wrist/elbow injury as well and slowly watching my body retake its strenght and endurance. I am infinitely thankful for that. Day 32 and have not skip a day. Keep up the hard work, everybody!!!!
This was so tough but seeing Sydney going strong despite the toughness really helped me push through! Thank you so much for the energy you bring in every day! Oh... anyone else heard 3,2,1 BREAST instead of REST during the split squats? 😂 😂
This 50 minute lean & strong legs HIIT workout left me huffing and puffing. Christy Smith and I crushed it together and feeling mighty powerful after that one. Go into it with the mindset that yes you can. And yes you will! Give it your entire all. You won't regret it ❤ The post workout speech is a must today! Have a fabulous day friends 😘
Wow I am so proud of you Sydney Cummings climbing that mountain it’s not easy to come down it is incredible and I am so proud of you I’ve done it one time in my life and it was not easy coming down. Way to go this work out was amazing I can’t believe how strong I become because I believe in myself
It was really awesome to hear Sydney say she was struggling a little today too! Not because I wish her any ill, but because it really humanizes her and how hard she works right along with us!! Thank you for being the best thing that has ever happened to my workout life, my motivation and my overall well being! I am actually feeling stronger through the pain! It’s so worth it!!
What sets you apart Sydney is not just your beautiful and strong body, but your beautiful mind! Thanks for that pep talk at the end - I feel tired but strong, and so thankful that my body could accomplish and conquer that workout!
"after this workout don't say anything negative about yourself ever again" this morning i stood on the scale and i was disappointed with the number but then i looked down at my legs and saw how lean and toned they were! i realized it is not about being skinny or losing the weight but about being a stronger more powerful version of myself! i am getting toned fit and lean and getting stronger everyday with Sydney!
And yet again another favorite leg workout!!😍 so much sweat I look like I just got out of the shower🥵😅💪🏼 loved this burn and the body weight challenges at the end! So excited to keep getting stronger with Sydney! Thank you ALWAYS for all you do!! All your workouts are amazing and I have been doing your programs since Burn this year and I am obsessed. Absolutely loving this summertime fine program!!🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
Didn't want to start a 50 minute workout but am SO glad I did. That was killer and exactly the boost I needed. My quads aren't loving it but my mind LOVES IT❤️
Just when you think you're at your max, Sydney says that one word that speaks to you and you'll push through. My legs are done for today, but I appreciate the feeling.
Yay and yay!!! Today ended my 6 days of rest! I was so exhausted I had to make a Health decision. I am so thankful! Today my energy is restored and I am feeling so much better! So much internal growth with Sydney. # years ago I would have never ever given myself the grace to rest and restore! Happy Thursday!
Water ,water ,water have plenty of it to hand. Crushed it . Keep going everyone especially the seniors out there,,gave myself the added challenge of holding 20lb medicine ball for squat holds for all rounds at the end - as you do when you are crazy. Thanks Sydney for most challenging work outs.
💪🏻 The squat to lunge circuits were brutal after all that leg work. My legs were shaky, but I tried to focus on the form again and that was helpful to keep the pain and breathlessness out of my mind.
Best ever!! I finished that with no extra rests, no modifications, I would not have been able to do that 6 mos ago. My strength and endurance has come a long way!
I honestly didn’t want to get up today to do this. I laid in bed for like 5 minutes after I woke up convincing myself to get up. And then I remembered Sydney’s Instagram story yesterday talking about how she showed up even though she didn’t want to and even though it was hard for her. So I got up and I crushed it and I feel so strong right now.
This was one of the most difficult workouts I have ever done. I wanted to quit SO many times, but I pushed myself to stay and crushed it! Thank you Sydney for providing such a wonderful service that allows me and countless others to keep our bodies and minds healthy and strong! I truly cannot thank you enough. 💗
If this is the benchmark, as Sydney said, then I am beyond ecstatic to see where I am at the end of all of this. Today I managed to pull out my 35lb and 40lb for the squat rounds and managed to not at all use my 10lbs. I was even able to do jump squats for 2/3 of the rounds. Ahhh, SO proud of myself! Thank you so much Sydney for pushing me and showing me what I can accomplish. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone
Hardest workout of my life. I almost quit. I turned it off. But...I took a few minutes and then I came back and finished it. Reading through these comments gave me the encouragement I needed to keep going to finish it out.
Not going to lie this workout was brutal. Just kept telling myself 'its only 30 secs'. Used a weight bar this morning so I could go heavier. My legs are going to be SORE tomorrow! Thank you Sydney for pushing me.
🥵 Wow! Grateful for the motivational talk throughout this workout! I made it to the end. #proudofme hats off and high fives to everyone who finished. You are stronger today than you were yesterday! 👏🏾
i almost quit at 15 mins left, but Sydney's encouragement got me to "we have made it to our cooldown!". i feel so proud & accomplished. thank you so much, Sydney, for these amazing workouts & motivational speeches.
These legs are on 🔥🔥🔥!! I will be feeling this tomorrow. Thankful for their strength. Thankful for Sydney's encouragement and motivation each day. Great work everyone! We crushed it!!
I've been here for the past two weeks and I definitely noticed a change in my body and how much stronger I feel. Thank you Sydney for bringing this to us and encouraging all of us to keep going!!! LOVE!!!!
I was literally covered in sweat today and I am so proud of myself. I was so intimidated when I saw 50 minutes and throughout the workout my muscles were pretty much crying and cursing at me but boy am I proud of myself. Thank you Sydney for pushing me to do things I didn't even know I had in me
After a long day, I am proud to feel strong having completed this workout. I showed up with confidence knowing that movement and not quitting no matter what would get me through it. I definitely feel accomplished and celebrate the power within that flows forth. How miraculous our bodies truly are. When we change our attitude and appreciation for our body and all that it is capable of, we allow ourselves to shine.
It is amazing how much stronger my legs already are. Thoughts: Sydney's queuing is so good. She has helped me notice things in my body I never noticed before. In the lateral lunges I felt a pull behind my straight knee, and that let me know that I was using that leg too much, when I shouldn't have been. I put my mind/body connection to work and put the weight in the bent leg heel and voila! no more pain. 2: Why have we not grown up hearing the we exercise FOR our body not AGAINST our body?! I (and many others) would have a much healthier relationship with food, exercise, and self-image if we had been taught that sooner. THANKS SYDNEY!
This workout really made me realize how much stronger I am. At the beginning of the year I couldn’t even do two squat jumps without stopping. Today, I took very little breaks! I’m so proud of myself and how far I have come.
Thank you Sidney for adding the modification window. I've been doing your workouts for a year and a half and I was recently diagnosed with a heart condition (Prolonged QT) however, my cardiologist still recommends me to exercise. So it's great that I'm able to continue working out with you. Thanks again😊
This has to b my favorite leg day yet! The squat jump lunge sets were killer but I loved it! Thanks Sydney for another great workout to start the day off right!
Really impressed by your diligence and kindness to let us have the fantastic and professional workouts for free! I was trained for two months. I can say Sydney's moves are safe and effective.
Leg days are not my favourite, but 10 minutes in lost the negative thoughts found my rhythm and stayed I didn’t leave, very proud to get to the cool down, amazing as always thanks Sydney
OK..this workout was a challenge! I am so proud of you all for pushing through this one with me because I'll be honest, if it wasnt for you showing up, I would've really struggled to show up! Squatapalooza at the end was killer.. but I didn't stop! Thanks for setting such a good example and never giving up! BEST part of my day, every day!!!!
I have always struggled with lunges this is the first time I was able to do them all correctly. Can't add weights yet but I'm working on form.
Camelback Mountain 🐫 is my favorite hike that I have done here in Phoenix so far! So fun!

I really appreciated the pep talk at the end: being patient of where you are now, your strength now. I really needed to hear that today ❤️
Wowww 🤩 when I saw your preview yesterday I was a bit intimidated bc you looked TIRED. But I pushed through and crushed it!! Loved this workout
Phenomenal workout. Legs are cement!
I so wanted to stop, i pushed myself to the very end. Thank you, Thank you Sydney!!!!
"Stop and breath. Don't stop and leave." Girl!!! You were speaking directly to me!!! Crushed it! 😅
Awesome workout 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️ Have a great day 😘
💪🏻 The squat to lunge circuits were brutal after all that leg work.
Oh, mylanta! Legs 🔥🔥 feeling strong! “Get your mind out of the way”! Love it!!! 🌸🌼
Hardest workout of my life. I almost quit. I turned it off. But...I took a few minutes and then I came back and finished it. Reading through these comments gave me the encouragement I needed to keep going to finish it out.
I am proud of you!! 💯
Not going to lie this workout was brutal. Just kept telling myself 'its only 30 secs'. Used a weight bar this morning so I could go heavier. My legs are going to be SORE tomorrow! Thank you Sydney for pushing me.
HOLY GUACAMOLE!!! I can probably say I have never pushed Myself more and a leg workout than I did today and I love Leg and glute days!! Proud !! 👏🏻🙌🏻
Love this!!!! Love your motivational speeches.

You are right.
It is harder to start again...keep going, don't stop
I loved it. I hated it. I LOVED it. Thank you, Sydney !!!!
I've been here for the past two weeks and I definitely noticed a change in my body and how much stronger I feel. Thank you Sydney for bringing this to us and encouraging all of us to keep going!!! LOVE!!!!
Day 32, leg workout best one ever never giving up. I'm not going to skip anymore workouts...🙂☺️😊🦵🦵🦶😍
WOWZERS!!!!! That workout was something else. Crushed it
omg wow what a workout!!! feeling super sweaty and so strong this morning!! thanks sydney!!
Dang SYDNEY! You sure upped your game with that new box for step ups!! LOL! 😂💪🏼🙌🏼❤️❤️
Two days later and I am STILL SO SORE from this killer workout!
Really impressed by your diligence and kindness to let us have the fantastic and professional workouts for free! I was trained for two months. I can say Sydney's moves are safe and effective.
This workout was amaaaaaaaazing!!! Thank you, Sydney!!!
Leg days are not my favourite, but 10 minutes in lost the negative thoughts found my rhythm and stayed I didn’t leave, very proud to get to the cool down, amazing as always thanks Sydney
