Nice man lots of good info I'll be doing this over winter when my custom warrior stops eating all my spare cash up starting 1' live axle stretch now
Thanks , sounds like a fun project , thanks for watching .
She's gonna be freaking sweet! Great video Sir!

@BustedKnucklesBuildsTexas I know you'll do it up right. Excited to see the finished bike!
I’ve been thinking about getting a set of these from GPS. Good to see how they turned out. Really dig your videos brother!
Thanks for watching , it’s easy to install , and makes for a great ride !!
That’s going to be a sweet looking build. Good job bro!!!😃
Thanks bro 👍
Big boy style can't wait to see this one run 👍
Yes sir , got a lot planed for this bike !!
Great video as always. Hope you’re doing well buddy
Thank you , doing good , trying to stay out of this Texas heat !! Thanks for watching sir !
What’s the size of the tires we got on that bad boy? I’m looking for a set of tires for the 2 piece 10” wheels
I’m going with 4.00-10 in tire on my bike , you can get them at gopowersports and they have other sizes also
What size tubing do you make your spacer out of?
Whatever I having laying around , most of the are 7/8 pipe I cut out of old frames
Can you buy these with bearings for a 15mm axle? Im going to buy a Massimo MB200S and it has 15mm instead of 14mm axles. Could always buy a 15mm set of bearings and crush sleeves but itd be nice to get them right from the supplier this way
I’m not sure on that one , I’m sure you could make something like that work
That's alright though. I have to have 10" wheels in order to get my mini bike street legal here in Iowa
@@t-6273 good deal , good luck on your build !!👍👍
Beautiful bike Rick! I cant wait until its done. I wouldn't expect anything else from you. The Rat bastards that stole your bikes cant keep you down! Thanks for helping me identify what the bike was that i bought. Im in the process of putting MM front forks on it and im stretching the rear swing arm about 7 inches and im making it a mono shock. Im using GPS 6 inch wheels and some sunf knobby tires. Thanks for your help sir! I always look forward to your videos bro! Those were some cool trophies that you made for GPS 's!✌🎥🇺🇸 Roger
Thanks brother , glad to help you out sir , and thanks for your support !!
Did this bike start out with the 80/105cc motor?
Yes sir , I got it from gopowersports as a roller
How do I open up the brake that came with the swing arm to fit on the disk that came with the aluminum 10”rim ?
Remove the little plastic puck pice from the hand leaver , then remove the one from the brake caliper , you can use a screwdriver to pry the pads apart
@@BustedKnucklesBuildsTexas ok cus rn there adjusted to fit the 6” mag wheel . So I can just pry the pads wide enough to fit
@nsjosephh956 yes sir
Thank you 🙏
