Nice upgrade. A longer swingarm is exactly what basically every minibike needs if a full-size adult is going to be riding it. Especially up steep hills!
That is an awesome idea from ya boyz at Go power sports. Now if you had a replacement rear mud guard was located to just under the seat & a tank that fits on the frame in front of the seat, it would look like a mini motox bike. Great work only 2 little things to design & your laughing
Good gosh.Even our 'motorized bike kits' come with 415 chain, and those motors are @2.5 hp at best.Hopefully the kits will start supplying better than #35 chains since you pointed out their weakness. The rest of the bike looked pretty good, and comfortable.

It may just be personal preference, but the way you all installed those foot pegs might be backwards. Usually you want then to fold up and back, so if you lay the bike down or get your leg caught between the ground and the pegs, they fold up and in lessening the chance if injury. Could still be personal preference, tho. 👌
I got the 105 with front suspension from Rural King before they stopped selling it. That kit costs more than I paid for the whole bike. I got the bike for $249.99.
Love your videos very informative, I purchased a coleman B200 r no modification it runs 35 mph will this speed harm the engine, I am 72 yrs young injoy my coleman B200 r
I wish you would install a Mega 212 swingarm . I’m going to get one and cut all the bolt bracket ears off and weld it to the frame . If you want to do it first you could brag your the first I’m just saying . It would be cool to see for all the guys who have access to welders . I think it would be an awesome video .
I would like to see you make a supercharger bracket and sell it as a kit for the 212's. It would gain popularity. Especially since you've made that other engine already. Just try to keep it low boost stock and then if people want to go crazy they could buy a similar pulley from a tractor supply store. I'd buy it up and i'm sure the drag racing guys would too
I was going to get that rear end springer kit but then I realized I had the tire pressure way wrong! The tires act as springs if pressured right. The tires say inflate MAX 25 psi to being me, I set it to 25 psi thinking because they are low pressure tire, that must be right. WRONG! I noticed a tiny little sticker somewhere on the frame that read, set these tires to UNDER 10 psi! In fact 7-9 psi is perfect for me (160 lbs +160 lbs bike) It is so good now that I am putting those rear springs off for a little longer or indefinitely.
If I send you a custom header, intake runner, and airbox.. will you Dyno it? And if it's really good will you do a video on it? I have a power theory, and I would like to test it, but without the ole butt Dyno I have no other reasonable means of measuring actual performance differences. The idea is to relocate the carb and airbox to about where the governor arm sits currently, with a high bypass ram scoop set up before the filter to help with ramming more air at higher speeds. It would need two types of testing, on Dyno static power, and on frame moving under load. The concept comes from long intakes that have very smooth runners being great for making a nice lamenar flow of fuel air mix, having a short and sharp bend just before the intake port, that doubles as a small velocity stack in a way as well by decreasing the dia of the intake header just before the port by a few inches, to increase the pressure of the existing laminar flow of mix. The long runner should give it huge grunt at low rpm, combined with a CVT and some more top end speed oriented gearing, this motor (in theory) should feel like a rocket ship on takeoffs but have a limited top end due to limited flow rates. But I'm hoping the CVT will help overcome the high rpm power loss, by allowing the motor to stay in it's power range for longer before it hits the higher rpms.
So radical! Love your videos man! I have a question, "What would be the best all around rear sprocket for a stock COLEMAN BT200X?" I want both good acceleration and top speed of like 45 or so... I was thinking a 50 tooth or should I go smaller? Anyone's feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🤙

cmon man why shit on all 35 chsin when youre using bad quality chain. im runnin rlv gold on black chain and i have no issues. full stage 1 212 35 chain
Definitely not rinky dink, it's high quality with nice welds. Swing arm alone weighs as much or more than the rest of the bike minus an engine. I don't think it will bend. Lots of guys been racing on them since they came out and yet to see anyone report a break or bend. Take care!
Nice upgrade. A longer swingarm is exactly what basically every minibike needs if a full-size adult is going to be riding it. Especially up steep hills!
Nah, I can't get a wheelie going uphill when I'm trying, RT200x, stage 1 196cc
@@chadmills5400You are doing it wrong then.
Size 35 chain is fine . If you use a high quality brand like say RLV . Higher powered go karts uses 35 chain with higher horsepower motors .
thats what im sayin man. my rlv black on gold chain rips. very good quality
It depends on what 35 chain you use. A good quality 35 chain will be stronger than a cheap 420 chain.
Nice! Build a scooter next with a 212 motor on it and the cvt, like a ruckus but a red beard version! Rooting for ya, love the vids
Or a navi
Speaking of drag bike...should revisit that old project with today's improved parts!
The foot pegs should fold up to the back so when you lay it down they fold up. Looks good
Too cool , it rips
Jeepers mister!!!
Wow! What a sweet quick build. Thanks RB ✌️💛🙏
Been waiting for this one from you guys! Thank you!
Also, I was told getting the optional chain guide for this kit helps/cures the throwing chain problem, even 35 chain.

Just a tip, you put your new foot pegs on backwards. They are supposed to flip up and back. Keep up the good work. Love the channel.
black66 got the best review on the swing arms

Drill, tap and install a set screw in the top clamp for the handle bars to keep them from slipping.
May God continue to bless RBG

250 is a steal of a deal. Can't even buy them used for that. Plus the kit is all made in USA not China, get what you pay for.
I love it! I wish they would put together a big wheel kit for the Racal! I want to go big tires! I don't want to chop my bike up to do it though!
That is cool buddy 😸👍😊😁🏆 love it from cruzermans inventions 😄👍

You need to use a spring loaded tensioner as slack veries with travel of swingarm
I like how you added the god bless at the end of the video
Awesome video as always. Do you know if this swingarm kit will fit a motovox mini bike? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work.

Okay he's says lol get on there u know you loved it
you need the chain guide that GPS sells for this
Wonder if I could adapt that to my lil rascal

Hi, I watched your predator ghost video, what is the exact HP for the predator ghost engine? Thanks

Sounds like a good idea but I don’t really know what ur talking about u just put together good sentences so it sounded good lol
Is it safe to remove my throttle stop screw? In my stock predator 212 hemi?
Does anyone make a bolt-on swing arm kit for a Coleman CT200U-EX?
I was looking for the same thing and I don’t think so could t find anything 😢
Redbeard you give me ideas and I like where you’re going with this build . What gearing did you use if you don’t mind me asking
red beards lets goo
Does the swing arm need a torque converter?
does this work on orxyearth chassis?
Will the swingarm fit a doodlebug?
It would be nice if they did a kit for the rt 200
They do, just released a kit for the mega moto 212 which is the same frame as RT200. Good luck
@6:03 RBG could you make me and add those 3/8 inch spaces to my current order please. 🙏 I need them for my mm80 swing arm
Thanks god bless again

Awesome video keep it up :)
Buy prestreached chain?
And the chain guide. Without it, will continue to have the same problem with 420 chain as well because of how much the swingarm moves over bumps.
Road to horse power 999cc if possible 😁
Were can i order brake setup
Do you need a torque converter.
Shock kit for mega Moto 212
Wow last time I came this early was when she said my husbands home
Sad they dont sell bare frame
kinda sad seeing all those projects rotting in the weather man. you need a vehicle barn at some point.

Nah
It looks rinky-dink to me. Those things should be made of tubing. It may not bend the first time you hit a bump. But, I bet it does eventually.
