The Narcissist that was in my life taught me to never give second chances. If someone who is a friend, partner, etc intentionally hurts you and screws you over, do not ever give them a second chance because they will just do it again and maybe even worse than the time before!

In a very few rare cases it's permissible if under armed guard to let them know just how bad their busted when No-Contact is implemented. Other than that let em find out when your new book is released. Or when you do your first "Danielle Radin" style video, they'll know then. In a pinch, releasing a perfect decription hit-song like Bad Company's "Good Lovin Gone Bad" could work too. Key is you cant make it happen, when its time it'll happen on its own, when it does it'll go off like the 4th of July.

Basically a paragraph of bs. Fast forward to now , she reached out February 11th and 20th ! Dumb B ! I feel like saying what do you want? Me to entertain you ? Are you bored. I didn't answer and I never will ! I overcame suicid ideations , one of the worst cases of insomnia in the world. The last thing I have to tackle is a urological issue I'm experiencing. Never again ! I am much stronger now and will never ever let somebody overstep my boundaries again. I have come way too far to throw my progress away. Funny , I update my profile picture looking Good and Healthier and she calls. I added a new potential love interest ive been talking to and she commented on my profile picture I love this pic !!! ❤️ ❤️. My ex narc is going to be pist. ! Good !

Frankly, Narcissists themselves are generally illusional/delusional... However, the part of thinking the relationship with them was nothing but an illusion/delusion.... Well, I believe, part of it goes back for not being able to take any responsibility or accountability for their actions, blaming....etc. You know, whether her boyfriend knows now if she is still in touch with you or not, should be understandable, especially if there is children involved between both of you. However, telling you that she loves you deeply, and wants you to find someone else, doesn't seem like hoovering. Why? Because, hoovering is a whole different story. Such as, if she would start manipulating you in any possible way to take her back..... You know, Narcissists can trap you with a pregnancy. Or, control you financially. I went through the whole cycle within three months and so walked away and gave them a message of closure (which was for me) when they ghosted me, they immediately started hoovering/love bombing again. They have a LOT of supply but I realise that like junkies, they can never have enough so they like to hoard supply in case another taps out. They are just trying to breadcrumb us enough to keep us hanging in there as side supply or future supply. Like a vampire with a blood bank fridge, they may be currently draining some fresh blood but they also nervously inspect their fridge of blood stores and keep checking to see if one bottle is missing
I wouldn't assume they're out of supply yet. In my case my exes have returned to complain about their exes and try to get me back as supply before they got rid of their current supply. They have to have someone lined up as their supply before they'll move on from the current one.
