    In this day and age we’ve been moulded to believe that kids need all these pre packaged snacks, and that if they’re not having that they’re not having fun.
    Education around what nutrition actually looks like is so poor that parents get defensive when you talk about not giving your kids ultra processed food - it’s become the norm. Which is scary 😔
    We currently have more people with cancer under 50 than ever before - that’s people born before 1974 - oh funny how that’s just when ultra processed food was introduced hey…..😏
    The impact that ultra processed, high sugar food has on our kids brains is huge - behaviour, mood, sleep, concentration, energy levels, immune system, mental health and the risk of chronic disease as they age and poor relationships with themselves and food.
    For me - I want to ensure my kids are nourished as much as possible and educated. Remember we decided what comes into the house - not them.
