I only rode it one direction and this was my first and only time riding the trail. The direction I went seemed to flow pretty well, but it also seemed to be the kind of trail that would flow both directions.
Back then somewhere around 35. Now I run somewhere around 25. I am 6'2" and weight around 190-195 and hate when my tires fold when jumping or cornering, so I tend to run slightly higher pressures.
OMG! Your crazy! You were flying down that trail. And for your first time, by yourself. Murphy's law will get you if your not more careful, lol. That's something I would do at a younger age. Just hate to see you injure yourself out there. I was wincing watching this. Great video.
Thank you for your comment and for watching! Later this same year, 2017, I did crash going too fast on a trail I hadn't ridden before and broke my collarbone, shoulder blade and first rib in Duluth. I was with friends that time which contributed to my going too fast, but I learned my lesson there.
Nice ride, looks like some awesome trails. I'll have to check the out.
Thanks for the stabilized video! Hitting this trail up this afternoon! looks really fun
Just ran these trails for the first time yesterday. It was a blast! I live only two miles from there.
Nice I live one mile from there in Dufferin Park
Very cool video and you ripped thru those trails. Nice job!!!
Thanks!
Beautiful trails. I really miss Minnesota except for the humidity. Looks like you got in a nice spring ride before the heat set in.
This trail is great! And yes, it was a great time of year to ride, nice sight lines and great temperatures. Thanks for watching!
Please comment which direction has the better flow. I watched a few videos and could find which direction would be better

I’m on a mountain bike team for Shakopee MN and this is my number 1 place to go to and ride
Awesome. I really enjoyed it, would like to get back sometime.

Thanks. Check out Lebanon Hills, very fun trail to ride there.
Nice video, what tire pressure were you running?

I go biking there a lot
I got a mtb, anx i have never ridden a trail, is this a good starter trail?
I think this would be a good starter trail. There are features, but you can go around anything you aren’t comfortable on.
Maybe use a higher gear, less huffing and puffing?
I like to spin fast rather than grind a big gear, my legs burn out faster than my lungs.
