I met Billy briefly back in 2015, my brother and I had a tour at the Just Aircraft Factory in SC, They then took us out to lunch and Billy was there. Very awesome STOL airplanes, not speed demons but not meant to be. Billy has an awesome setup just over the state line in NC, I hope to visit there someday. I have had a fascination with Tailwheel planes since the day after I was minted a pilot, my CFI then took me up in his old Citabria for 'Intro to tailwheel' and it was such a hoot!
Very good - well put together - and Billy nice to meet you on Camera. Seem like the normal aviator type of guy - down to earth and brought up well by your mama. Safe travels all.
Would some of the models be good as glider tows? a very high climb rate is a plus, and a built in winch is needed. Glider clubs all over the world use different regular sportsplanes, with a fitted winch. They should really be custom-built for weight, fast climb and descent (probably 200+ horses), reliability and ease of flying. Are tow planes a future market for you?
