    This ‘interview’ format is best. The audience hears and sees the subject without listening to questions being asked. Thank you.

    What a great channel you have. I have watched so many of your episodes. I know it's a lot of work to travel, interview, and edit. You are doing a heck of a job. Very interesting stuff. Entertaining but also informative. I subscribed.

    i became a fan of your chanal and the way how you present to us your docuentations ! stol and superstol became incredable performed, and is actually great flkying. now it would be time if you make a survay about the 3-5 best stol-aircrafts and a deeper look into there different wingsystems, like the cube, the kfa southafrica with a very special second wing designe ect....this would be great !!!!

    MOAC is for me the most beautiful way to manufacture my beloved PA18 Supercub, much more than carbon cub (that I must say those airplanes are very cool too). MOAC is like that kind of girl that you like a lot because of, I can't explain why, but you fall in love with. One day, I will get my MOAC airplane girl. Please keep up the extraordinary great work you do. Kudos to experimental aircraft channel and to MOAC American Legend Cubs.

    When you list edited for 2023 in the description I thought there would have at least been an update for legend cub. Nothing wrong with reloading an older video just would have liked some additional info.

      Yes.....sorry about that. There were OTHER reasons for re-uploading this video (again). Not our normal.

    His tacticub is a stillborn idea. Its the answer to a question nobody asked. Cool plane, don't get me wrong, but a military contract for that aircraft is pie in the sky. Im sure a few fuddfolk will buy into the gimmick.

    There is nothing "stronger" about a TIG weld. All common weld processes can produce welds of equal strength.

    • @en0n126
      @en0n126 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Looking online there are sources that say TIG is stronger, which could still be debatable like you said, but regardless. The guy goes out of his way to mention multiple times that they TIG weld, then the narrator cuts in with "TIG welding has become the industry standard in aviation". lol, then what's so special about your company doing it dawg? Oh, it's got tactical gun cases and cringy stickers. Virtue signaling to get customers. If it works for mediocre pillows, it could work for planes I guess.

    I remember writing to this company many years ago after reading on their website how they "preserved all the good features of the old Cub, like the Clark Y airfoil..." I pointed out that no Cub was ever built with that airfoil, it always had the USA35B. I got back an almost snooty reply to the effect that that doesn't really matter blablabla.... Instead of just saying "Thanks for pointing that out" and changing it, they tried to somehow worm their way out of a highly embarrassing gaffe. If a company building airplanes doesn't know what airfoil their aircraft uses, well, that's a little suspect. I have worked on these extensively and they are ok as a Cub clone, nothing more.

    If you buy an S-LSA from them, get a DAR immediately and change it to E-LSA. Why? Because even slight damage requires a letter of authorization from the manufacturer to repair. Which you won't get. Because they fear liability and because they can make a ton of money out of you. If you even slightly damage your fuselage, for example, you will have to send it back to them and they'll charge you for a new one. Simple damage that has been fixed in proven ways for a hundred years - they won't let you do it.
    This applies to all factory built LSAs but this company is particularly un-helpful.
    If you take offense to this, I'm just stating facts.
