  • We do a deep dive into the intermediate skills at the Purple Belt level. Discussing the pathophysiology of breath exercise uses and we look at “our” Western Masters modified Yul-Gok Hyeung. We detail several applications, principles of fighting and classical taekwondo and kick box methods. We also - add to our hosinsul (self
    Defense) skills with continued lessons from aikijujitsu. Generally as a Purple belt you’ve trained for at least 18 months and your progression to this level makes you an intermediate level student or competitor. Keep training and remember my ishi (saying) is Kodo or the active way!
