I discussed the good area for investing in a condo in Tokyo.
Also, I shared the idea of industry jargon called 'JIGURAI' (hidden location ranking).
Jigurai (地位)is a very useful tool for judging the neighbourhood.

I do not understand why, I found it very nice to be in Kita for example because there they have train stations and you get throughout Tokyo really fast but when I am in Minato or Ropongi I have to take a metro and switch to train it is longer rides I would thought any please near a Yamanote line station would be way bettor to live is this because poeple in Ropongi and Minato use the car in stead of public transport?

It depends on your life style. The living cost in Kita-ku on average is much inexpensive than that of Roppongi.
But if you are extremely busy, living in Roppongi would offer you a lot in terms of time saving.Even if you live in Roppongi, I don’t think many people there drive as often as you might think. The subway system in Tokyo is the best in the world by far.
Having said that, the pandemic might have changed people’s mind.
