- Hey y'all !! God knows I LOVEE these cookies 😭 I wanted to share with you guys this delicious recipe that I used for my mini cakes, I hope you guys enjoy!
BISCOFF CUPCAKE RECIPE:
~ 1 ⅓ cups All-purpose flour
~ 1 teaspoon Baking powder
~ ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
~ 1 teaspoon Salt
~ ½ cup Biscoff cookie crumbs Blend to a crumb then measure.
~ ½ cup Unsalted butter room temperature
~ ¾ cup White granulated sugar
~ 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
~ ⅛ cup Sour cream room temperature pr plain greek yogurt
~ 2 Large eggs room temperature
~ ½ cup Buttermilk room temperature

sorry i thought i said it in video 🫤 bake at 350° for 16-18min , it all depends on your oven and how hot it gets

I followed your recipe to the tea. I even stopped a video and would go back and read the recipe, but mine is nowhere near as thick as yours not sure what the deal is and it also doesn’t say how long and bake it at 3:50 but I don’t know about the time. Thank you.

I made 8 total. Applying 2 scoops of batter. I used an ice cream scooper

yes sorry it’s 1/2 cup , i ended up doubling the recipe while i was doing the video cause i realized i was going to need more cake lol

Hi, in my stores there’s only low-fat buttermilk, does it matter?
You can buy whole milk and add a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice per cup to make homemade buttermilk.
