Yes, she has to do most of the talking basically everywhere, limit the text messages, and don't be on the phone superlong with her (remember, if you talk through everything, you don't leave enough topics when you meet in person -> awkward silences) If you talk too much about yourself, that kills the mistery and lowers the attraction.
If she basically didn't respond (basically ghosted you), don't text her again, it's needy behaviour. The ball is on her side now, if she won't answer to you, cut your loss, move on. It happens to the best of us, don't worry. Eventually she might text you out of nowhere tho, but don't count on that.
people get confused by the let her do most of the talking thing. at first she doesn't know you why should she do all the work? it is like one of those pull action lawn mowers you need to put in effort to start it then it does all the work, you need to put in most of of the work until she is comfortable then once she gets chatty you shut up lol.
