Hitman 3 is one of the best in the series, for sure! I'm not a big fan of the train level since it's been done before but the other levels are mostly top notch.
It's pretty cool that Diana actually helps you with most of the story kills in this mission like you're co-op with another person for real

That's a very nice gesture, your gesture. It's like 47, I know he cares about Diana. You were about to knock that guard right there for hurting Diana but you let it go for a while because you knew that it wasn't time yet. Somehow, you and 47 have a connection. I know this is a small detail but for me, it's everything since they are working together specially in person.

FYI, If you disguise as a wine taster and talk to Black, he will go to the tour himself and you can then instead disguise as the tour guide, also if you don’t kill the woman during the tour something else will happen after the tour as well, I was totally blown away by this hidden story line. You should try it, that is if you haven’t already.

How to stop Diana from being hit: Yates actually takes a drink from the cup of wine after he toasts to the room. I'm pretty sure you can poison it.
EDIT: Not the wine itself, but rather Yates' cup. Of course you can also use his wife before the meeting ever takes place.
EDIT 2: Just rewatched--Diana is hit BEFORE he toasts to the room, so you can't actually stop it that way. You can still poison his drink though and kill him in front of all the Heralds!

Lucas Grey could survive
Lucas shot himself under the chin, the gun was a military grade high velocity pistol, the bullet would have gone through his head in a vertical straight line, the bullet would have gone through his prefrontal lobe either through the left, right or middle of the prefrontal lobe either way in all options the damage to the brian would be minimal.
The brian stem would have been safe from the bullet due to Grey having the pistols barrel pointed at the very front of the brian (brain stem including) the midbrain, the pons, and the medulla. It controls fundamental body functions such as breathing, eye movements, blood pressure, heartbeat, and swallowing.
His previous gun shot wounds appeared to have missed any vital blood vessel and arteries otherwise he would have bleed out quickly unable to fight let alone break a man's arm.
Greys body could survive for a few hours without medical attention.The whole event possibly took about an hour at most or a little less then an hour for the CICADA guards and 47 to fully leave the area giving enough time for explores or villagers to spot Grey and take him in.
Devon Dartmoor England in 2020 would have a handful of villages, explores who would run into Grey and provide medical attention with the numerous hospitals around Dartmoor.
And besides Lucas Grey is too much of a interesting character to just kill off only after 2 full games with him. Plus they cut away.

After killing Travis the guy who had his division in the agency running tests on the girl without the consent of agency. The agency never wanted to have another hitman they were fine with 47
Diana and 47 are back in the agency and although 47 did shoot her but she didn’t die and the girl is in the care of Diana
