In my opinion just learn both stances without the idea of switching eventually you'll start doing it organically but it will take some time. Then uust let it flow in mg opinion its best to start off practicing it when sparding lesser opponents in sparring, you van get away withh it mlre until its fine tuned
Just started Muay Thai after 13 years in Kyokushin Karate. Everyone I’ve sparred so far asks “are you left or right?” as I switch and flow. Just shows how much advantage a switcher can have.
I've been following joe for years, and he always gives fantastic tutorials and new ideas to try. One of the best online trainers out there period.
Joe is a natural teacher sensei mentor coach. Love his tutorials
Thank you Joe for this wonderful tutorial
I was literally thinking about looking for tips on how to improve. As I am training as a switch fighter. This video is coming in clutch.
Another fire video, Joe!
