Made a similar recipe, but the cook put the torn cabbage in the microwave for three minutes before adding sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic paste and soy sauce. I eat this every day.

I added a little maple syrup to mine - hope you don't mind and sprinkled with a little gochugaru for presentation. It was the best side for my onigiri with glazed spam! Hi Matt, yes it can be chilled but try to eat it sooner than later because the cabbage will lose it's crispiness if left too long. I have the cabbage in the fridge before I make this so it's basically already chilled. I love beef tongue but haven't been able to find a good quality source, at least locally. I'll have to look into it some more.

That looks refreshing! Can it be chilled before eating? Also can you do a video using beef tongue?
