- Somehow I had never heard the complete Philippine national anthem before, and I definitely didn’t know there were 3 editions. Starting from Spanish (Filipinas) than English (The Philippine Hymn). And now the current Tagalog (Lupang Hinirang) one.

I think, and this is far from official, "The blaze of the heart In thy heart is life" should be more like "The burning fire of thy heart is alive in thy chest" Buhay, pronounced differently can mean life, or alive/living. And instead of "The poem is slendid also is the song of freedom" It's more "There is splendor in the poems and songs we sing about beloved freedom". And at the end "passion" might be more "love"and the "buhay" in the last stanza is "life" and it's more "Life is heaven in your presence" because "buhay ay langit" means "life is heaven" and "The skies are alive" would be "buhay ang langit" instead, ay vs ang. The official Filipino version generally has the same meaning as the original Spanish and English, I think, but not literally and not completely. I speak very little Spanish, but both versions are how I'm fairly sure the meanings of "buhay" are mixed up in the translation you found. The ending is also more like "We would gladly, if you are attacked, die for you".
On a lighter note, your identifying "alab" and "puso" made me think "Is SB19 slowly trying to teach people the meaning of the words in the national anthem?" Crossing out "watawat" on the Lupang Hinirang bingo card.
I know the lyrics to all of these three official versions of the Philippine national anthem - the one in Spanish, the one in English, and the one in Filipino, wherein the latter one is the sole or only official Philippine national anthem in the present, and that it is and should be in the Filipino national language only or with the official lyrics in Filipino national language.
I learned the one in Filipino first, of course and obviously, as this is the sole or only official lyrics and version of the Philippine national anthem at present and since or even before I was born. Then, I learned and knew about the official English version, which is a part or portion included in the famous Filipino speech in English language "I am a Filipino" by Carlos P. Romulo, which I learned, studied, memorized, and then delivered in my English subject class once back then. I still remember the lyrics of the official Philippine national anthem in English, while I totally forgot the speech itself, except for the famous first line, "I am a Filipino - inheritor of a glorious past, hostage to the uncertain future."
I knew then that both the official English and Filipino versions are accordingly the translations into English and Filipino respectively of the original Spanish version, which was first a poem back then before becoming the lyrics of the official Philippine national anthem in Spanish.
It was just recently though when I began to learn and study the Spanish lyrics until I also memorized it myself.
Now, I know and can sing (can or able to sing, but not even quite good enough) the Philippine national anthem in its three official versions in three languages, but of course, I can't sing the other two (official Philippine national anthem in Spanish and English versions) as the national anthem of the Philippines, especially in public and in public places, and other public settings, scenarios, situations, events, etc., most especially in formal ones, as it's against the law.
After all, the currently sole or only official Philippine national anthem and its lyrics in Filipino national language is the most beautiful, 'cause maybe it's the first version I knew and learned from elementary or grade school, sung almost every morning of every school day in elementary or grade school from Mondays to Fridays, sung in every other formal or school events, occasions, programs, situations, scenarios, and the like from childhood until now, and sung every morning of every Mondays and at every afternoon or evening of every Fridays in high or secondary school, and also maybe because I am more used to it to sing and to listen to than the other two versions.

My Grandparents told us that doing their time they sing it in Spanish, then American came in English and now were liberated back to Tagalog

"Ang bayan ko" ..... considered to be our second national anthem ... this song will make filipinos teary eyed everytime they hear it especially when they are in foriegn land .. ask other pinoy or even your pinay mother about this song and how we valued it
It was composed during the Filipino-American War in Spanish. "Nuestra Patria". In the original version, there was line saying "Y es por eso que el anglosajón," . Anglosajon or Anglo-saxons. Meaning the English world or Anglosphere. The "common" enemy of the Hispanosphere / Hispanidad or the Spanish speaking world. It was the time when 60% of FIlipinos speak Spanish. Unfortunately, Americans defeated the insurrectos and campaigned for the promotion of English and removal of Spanish from public life.

The current version is simply the translation of the original spanish version. In truth the Filipino version is much same 8n meaning with original spanish version than the English version.
It laks about the Philippines beaing an beautiful adored country, the pearl of orient (Perlas del Oriente) and how the Filipinos love it and will gladly die for the country, Die for you (Por ti morir) (Mamatay ng dahil sayo).

The original Philippine anthem was the Spanish one then translated to English. The Filipino translation is translated from the original Spanish hymn and not from the English translation.
It’s a march written in Spanish... It has a 4/4 beat... All three are basically the same despite artistic license...

The then official lyrics of the Philippine national anthem in English is or was still in Modern English or the kind or form of the English language that we still currently use today all over the world, but it's just with archaic or obsolete English words.
I mean, even the language used by Shakespeare in his works was already in Modern English or specifically in Early Modern English or Elizabethan English, even though Shakespearean English sounds and looks a little bit to more different than the Modern English of today.
Nevertheless, I totally got what you mean and tried to say, but I just shared some ideas and information I know, though these are all totally accumulated and limited, but I don't claim all of these to be entirely correct or accurate.
Original cadence is that of a MARCH ... This was composed during the revolutionary times against the oppressors. Hence the MARDH.
Actually 3 versions of the Philippine anthem is all in same meaning but different language.
