The usual white sauce is replaced with a colourful, fresh and zingy tomato salsa with a chilli kick. Topped with perfectly piped mash and cooked until golden, crispy and steaming hot. So glad to see a different version of fish pie! The only kind I've ever seen before is the one my MIL makes and it always smells like low-tide. This vid actually makes me want to try making one of my own! Also, whenever we go to our cottage, my daughter and I love to go fishing (it's a bit of a contest these days as she is getting really good) and we sometimes end up with more than we can eat while we're there. We have some lovely bass filets in our freezer right now. I'm plotting as we speak!
