Things like this aren't easy. Not to mention, the pacing of these events are too fast. In real life, something like this is a lot more complicated & risky.
In a sense though we got the information we needed so it was a nice little story and I do agree it's not an easy situation but as a parent I wouldn't be able to see my children so hungry they're eating moldy garbage bread and knowing I didn't teach them to survive or the school didn't teach them yes its not easy but as the parent and the adult the father should've done better the fact he didnt made this an odd but nice because they met the MC niche little story it so I enjoyed it all in all

Gosh! I understand why they are being selfish of how busy their father. But please don't continue behaving if someone rushing to the ER. It's a matter of time between life and death. Just, take a consult and if father rejected and still insist that want to have fiance, that would be make sense why they running away from home.

Just a little note on the voice acting. I really like the way Karina is portrayed, since the female VA perfectly conveys her _tsundere_ tendencies; however, it's easy to see that Kanna is a _kuudere_ and yet, at times, she sounds a bit more energetic than her sister, which I guess shouldn't be the case. Maybe it's because the voice actors don't do their lines looking at the images, but you could sove it by putting an annotation for the VAs to know what kind of voice they have to do for a certain character. It'd make for more immersive videos, so I think it'd be for the best to work on that.
I just felt I had to say that. Pretty much everything is beautiful and wholesome as always, so nothing more to say other than "good work!"

I'd choose the younger sister Kanna. I hav issues with Tsundere types. They jump to the worst conclusions first and require more time dealing with misunderstandings. Don't get me wrong once you get past their thorny outer exterior, they can be quite adorable.

When in doubt polygamy your way out 😂 but in all seriousness was a cute story but the father shouldn't have let them starve to the point they looked so emaciated it looked like they were even eating garbage in the beginning and they didnt hardly have any money so obviously without knowing a lot they arent going to get far so to let all that happen and then if the mc was evil totally threw the girls to the wolves hoping they would slink back sadness 😔
You forgot, the butler was watching and reporting all the time. I doubt he would have let it go too much further without "accidentally" losing a few thousand yen on the street where the girls would be the only one to find it. As for the MC possibly being a creep, again the butler was watching and would have took steps to protect the girls if needed.

this isnt all that far off from how a buddy of mine, and kid not... ended up married to twins... though both were legal, and their father was a total ass, i say was, because after 3 ass beatings his head seemed to dislodge from his rectum... anyway... my buddy saw the girls checking dumpsters and trash cans from his office more then once, and decided to stalk them, only to realize they were living under an old barns floor, he cornered htem when they went into the dead end "trash ally" (where the dumptruck picks up trash there rather then on the main drag where it would impact traffic), after talking to them, pointing out, he could see them every night from his office, and offering them his day basement and proper food, why did they both run off...their father thought it was a good idea to setup marriages for them, and do it such they would be far apart... these girls are the kind of twins tha are like genuine clones of eachother... take them to opposite sides of an office building and have them answer the same questions and get answers that are 98%+ the same... i mean word for word.. and a genuine test that was done on them several times over the years.. turned out they thought mom was dead... she wasnt, dad had made her life such hell till she gave up trying to have contact with the girls that she had genuinely given up hope of ever meeting them, the lawsuit from the girls against their father i have little doubt helped cause his stroke when it happened... dude ended up... unable to make his own choices according to the court, and they put him in a home...not even a bad one... 3rd good facility he got himself booted from for being a genuine piece of crap to staff, my buddy found a facility for patients with dementia and similar issues that, did eventually get him such that he was able to move into an assisted living facility, and regain some control over his life... but the courts decided that, with his personality issues, they assumed were due to the stroke, rather then and i can say this from first hand exp... just how he was before... deranged and delusional.. control issues.. only reason he didnt swing on me was... survival instinct... too bad he swung on tammy... think DnD Dwarf but as a cute tomboy, who didnt take shit from anybody... who spent her summers bucking hay/alphalpha/etc into the truck for the farm... dude slapped her and woke up after she tossed him in the pool... theres a reason, people dont tend to f around with her... i mean... im over 2x her size and... i wont go past the safe limits of teasing her even... i love that woman...
anyway, i joke not... dude made the 2 of them take a bath and gorged them on chinese food, fried chicken and pizza, yes he goes overboard... in part because when his parents both got sick when he was a kid, grandma who seemed great, turned out to have a gambling and drinking problem and was never home, and didnt have food in the house a kid could prepare... took the girl next door seeing him eating random stuff straight out of cans he opened, and telling her mom, who looked over the fence and... well, grandma got a visit from cps, that she was not home for.. and he lived next door till his parents got out of the hosp (they thought it was just an illness that went around work but, turned out to be toxic exposure that lead to alot of disability claims due to the fact the toxic shit was fat soluble and losing weight caused relaps symptoms... ), came home the next day after feeding them, to find the place cleaner then it had ever been... yard mowed and flower beds not just weeded but seriously worked over... he admits hes lucky he didnt endup robbed, or worse, but, well, he got very lucky, when learned more about their father and childhood... he contacted a friends grandma and had her over for dinner... 3 days later their mother showed up at his place... our whole friend group just called her "Grandma", because thats how she treated us all... she didnt need asked, she figured out quickly part of why he invited her... and went to her "all granny network" as we jokingly called it, well half joking....because damn that womans network of old women genuinely covered north and south america, most of the EU, even reaching into the middle east, asia and africa she tracked down a buddies ex wife after 3 high end PI firms couldnt find her..... took her less then 2 weeks... and she even setup a false emergency that caused the idiot woman to come back to the states and endup arrested at the airport for, unpaid child support and a stack of warrants for other crap she pulled before moving out of the country...stealing an ex's car and selling it being one of the things she did... wouldnt be a huge deal but.. it was a classic thats quite rare and, the buyer parted it out and sold the parts to a client half way across the country, who rebuilds such vehicles, when the fellow saw the pictures of the car that was taken apart and sold to him in parts... i kid not, true car guy... cried... the thing was genuinely cherry, great grandad bought that car and it was kept in the garage under a cover when not being driven, old porche, genuinely a car i wouldnt want to own but, having driven it... it genuinely made me get why there was so much hype around those old cars... thing held the track really well...
