I am pretty sure that is called slavery, unlawful abduction, kidnapping, extortion, racketeering, loan sharking, and unlawful detainment, and that is just the tip of the iceberg. The bottom line is that paying back dine and dashers like this is not the answer. The better answer is to make them pay off their debts, then educate people on why stealing food is wrong. Said dine and dashers also need to be educated in a trade that relates to either the restaurant or food industries, so that way, they can always have land, as well as a house, crops, and tools with which to make a living for themselves.
