    Wow! This is the best footage ive seen anyone post from the Canon eos M.
    It looked like you used slo mo but looking at your settings in the description was this just shot at 24fps and the smoothness just coming from lens compression + gimbal?

      Hi, Thank you!
      Yes, everything was shot at 25 fps : )

      @@JoseTorralbaM You shoot at 25fps because you are uploading to youtube?

      I shoot at 25fps because I live in Europe. It’s the standard here, although if it doesn’t affect to YT videos (wich I don’t really know) I’m used to do it that way

    Hey Jose, I watched many of your videos by now and I must say they look all really gorgeous!
    Can you tell me anything about aliasing and moiré when it comes to filming in 1080 with the Eos M?

    • @JoseTorralbaM
      @JoseTorralbaM  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Contrary to what I would expect, I get better results avoiding aliasing with modern and sharp lenses (e.g., the canon 24-105F4 L). But, in general, if you avoid shooting repetitive patterns or thin lines in hard contrast situations, you won´t have problems. The only thing I can't never avoid is the chromatic aberration on small metal surfaces, such as glasses...

    Which gimbal do you enjoy more, the Ronin or Weebill. Are you able to extend the lens out to 105mm? Wonderful results!

    • @JoseTorralbaM
      @JoseTorralbaM  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Difficult question... The problem with the Ronin is that it isn't able to balance heavy setups. The payload is too low. With the Weebill I can balance this front heavy setup (eos m + 24-105) without any problem and I can even zoom to 105 without rebalancing the system. BUT, in terms of smoothness, mobile app and build quality, the Ronin is the winner. Since I also have the Sony A7III with heavy lenses for commissioned work, I ended up using the Weebill S.

      Hi Joao, you need the focus wheel to do so
