Would have been great if they made it for EOS-M to EOS-M for the native lenses you invested. If you have good EOS-M lenses like the SIgma ART - you will need to use traditional ND Filters
Thank you for bringing us such a great adapter with more creativity.
You’re welcome!! I try to keep it creative and a bit different in my product review vids.
Seems like an awesome product.
It's pretty great if you're adapting EF-EFS glass!
Something cool I learned is that you can get drop-in IR filters as well, which fit this model. That sounds sweet.
Imagine this on a speedbooster. 👌🏼
That would be amazing!
Bro, may the Lord Jesus Christ bless you for showing us this! I'm about to buy one soon!
Thanks! Yeah, it's a great product!
So if i buy this nd filter together with a lens for my eos-m it also doubles as the adapter for it?
No - it will not work with EOS-M lenses. You will need to use larger EF-S lenses
be even better if you could add a diopter, shame to not reduce focal length
Yeah, that's cool, but you could just get a regular Converter and add a variable ND filter. At the end of it sing same process for a small infrastructure like this. I kind of see it as a bit of overkill.
Yeah, you can totally get a regular adapter and just add a variable ND filter, that's what I've been doing for a long time. The thing I like about this adapter is the one size fits all aspect for all my adapted lenses. It removes the hassle for me of having to get step-up rings and making sure I have the right filter thread size for all my lenses, so I can use my variable nd. But if I wasn't using adapted EF glass on my m series cameras, I wouldn't really see a need for this adapter.
