What do you think is the purpose of the wall exercises post throw? Just to get range of motion back post throw? And do you change any of these based off of a bullpen/outing/regular day of catch play?
gets the blood flowing in the shoulders along w the scalp and gets rid of lactic acid buildup, and ya i don’t stretch my hips before i throw on regular catch play days, i will do that before and after I lift
