You're missing a pulley, it goes in behind the clutch linkage on the right side.

The 48 is a smaller version…but very useful….the larger ones L100 are electric start…
I picked it up at an auction actually, Ill link the video to that in a comment below! I've had a few Chinese knockoffs of the L100s before.

Notice some tap pit noise…or loose washers…does this model have a granny….?
This thing has always been kind of a rattley motor. It does have the 6 speed Hi and Lo trans so I would say it doesn't officially have a granny gear but it is geared plenty low.
how much for the transaxle in the storage shed?
This was filmed about a year ago, not even sure if that axle is still around actually.

$15 engine of course you hauled it home so Id give $25 something like if I was looking that seems fair. Of course if your one of those that buy for next to nothing do nothing to it and ask the price of gold no wander it didn’t sell . I have a lot of these engines if you treat it right and don’t beat on it it’ll outlast that unit
