Hello brother,, first determine the breakout-board used (PLC or Mach3 board for example) then what kind of command to use (pulse/sign, cw/ccw, or voltage reference) you only need to set the motion input parameters only

Error 049: encoder CS signal error protection 1. Ganti kabel encoder 2. Kalo belum bisa bersihkan encodernya, kalo belum bisa ganti encoder motornya.. 3. Kalo masih belum bisa juga ganti motornya 😁

@@industrial.inoxidable if you have panaterm software, you can restore the default parameter values quickly.. but if not you can do it by changing the values one by one from manual

Mau tanya mas, saya punya yang ada brake nya, brake tidak saya pasang, saya coba jog gerak dikit lalu muncul error 16..kira2 penyebabnya apa ya mas? Apa brake harus diaktifkan baru mau jalan
Brake harus dikasih tegangan dulu 24v mas.. Kalo engga itu ngunci posisinya, bakal muncul error 16. Solusinya dicopot encoder nya; dikasih 24v brakenya; atau tukar dengan punya saya mas 😁
@@arsyakhaelectric3801 biasanya sih resistor external untuk 5kw keatas mas.. Kalau 5kw kebawah sudah ada braking resistor internal, kalau misalkan memang memerlukan braking resistor external nanti akan muncul error
