      When I heard this for the first time, I thought it was a joke. Reverse means the opposite of it, so no racism. I thought the joke was that "there's no word to define the opposite of racism", and it would be funny, but how wrong I was.

      Look at what’s been going on with Southeast airlines. They hire for diversity rather than the best person for the job. Just in the last month they had a plane try to take off in a closed, under repair runway & a plane that delved down to 500ft (should’ve been at 30,000) before air traffic controllers finally alerted them. Then a door flew off of one plane because they missed a few bolts.
      Do your research when flying & going to the doctor, anything & steer clear of any Diversity Equity Inclusion companies.

      Yeah if it happened. Which it didn’t. And if it did definitely not to the degree this man is claiming. But I personally feel he is lying. Just go check out his comedy Bahahaha Asmon has a better chance of being on SNL before this guys has a chance of being cast as a lead in any big movie or show.
      The second he said he was supposed to be on SNL and Curb Your Enthusiasm I knew he was l to my.
      This man’s dreams were crushed before he even started. Dude isn’t funny nor charismatic…he was getting SNL?? Yeah right.
      Also what he is claiming is completely illegal. He is saying they have rules where they can fire white people. But there is no such thing. There are rules to prevent schools and businesses from only accepting white men but that is a different conversation.

    His argument against men at 7 min just further reinforces pattern recognition. Yes, women should understand the realities of men and their strength and capability. Society should also take into account the greater potential of men to do physical harm (it always has btw).
    Also, this guy in the video may win his case, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t. The Work Opportunity Tax Credit makes it completely legal to be racist as long as the forms are filed. These are not deductions but credits of pure cash that make hiring anybody who isn't white much more cost effective on paper. Certain groups provide more credits than others and there are no limits on how many people can be hired for this credit. Poor people on SNAP and SSI also qualify but the rates are less and companies rarely ask if you receive those. They probably want the big fish, not the minnow..

    It's funny how people try to defend their racism with "it's punching up". Other than the fact that the majority of people in extreme poverty in the US, Canada and Europe are all white (so it's no punching up), it's the same excuse used against the Jews during WW2 and the Tutsi during the Rwanda genocide. "They're all privileged so whatever we do to them is fine". No different than white racists excusing discrimination against african american saying "They're all X so it's okay if we do X to them." Our society is regressing, everywhere people excusing racism.

      regressing? nonono, this isn't regression, that assumes a path forward, this is more a cycle of behaviors going round the human condition.

    • @tooitchy
      @tooitchy หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@markjacobs3232 you're correct, it's not regression. It's not exactly a cyclical path though, as this is entirely different than past periods of racial discrimination, as those weren't done because of a racial "vengeance" or revenge motivation, there's a collective punishment happening, only they're punishing people who almost entirely have had no part in the past injustices they're being punished for, since we're so far from entrenched racial discrimination against non-whites, almost nobody is left in the work force from that era, so it's entirely innocent people who if anything, worked to end that system, now being punished. This is also far more systemic, prior to jim crow, there was racial discrimination already in society, it was culture that created the system of racism, today the racial discrimination is coming from corporate HR departments, funded by investors, and the federal government with Bidens DEI policies pushing this through gov't regulation. This is uncharted territory because it comes with a culture that basically says "if you want to fit in, shit on white people, especially if you're white, and if you get offended, you'll be mocked 10x harder because how dare you feel a type of way when people treat you like shit for the color of your skin", alongside the system forcing the racism as well. We saw during covid Biden tried to use race to determine access to potentially life saving vaccines, and medications, we saw Biden giving out covid relief loans to businesses, based on the race of the owner, resulting in thousands of white owned restaurants closing down because they were at the back of the line unable to get the loans to save their business, same with farmers, white farmers had the hardest time getting help. This is extremely dangerous, if it continues you will see white people who've been waiting years, refused organ transplants as they're about to die, because a black person got diagnosed with needing a kidney and they'll be given priority, and that's just one example of what we can guarantee will happen, as they've already tried going down that path with almost no push back.

    The biggest problem with this stuff happening is the same for cheating in video games.
    When you’re aware there’s this problem with cheating in a game. When you lose, your first thought stops being “What did I do wrong?” And becomes “We’re they cheating? Did I even have a chance in the first place? Should I just stop playing?”
    The same thing applies here, when you lose out on a position. You immediately think, “Well, was it just because I’m X? Was I even on the list?”
    The larger this problem becomes, the more we will lose people who gave up because they were white, becausw thwy were male, because they were straight. Even if they were never discriminated against, if it beccomes a problem people observe. It doesnt have to be the explicit reason.

      The northern mines are wild too. Many companies to win contracts have to hire local Native people. Well a tonne of them are horrendous workers that get drunk and show up to work, if they show up at all. But they can't get fired due to these companies needing them to get the work. So they just get to keep getting away with dangerous work practices in safety sensitive environments. I can tell you first hand working with a guy who's on meth and unstable is terrifying.
