Hang in there! I’m 4 months into my second ACL. The first month is rough but it slowly gets better each passing week. There will be many mental and physical rollercoasters but just keep grinding away.

I’m on week 8 post ACL reconstruction, same knee. Patience is gonna be critical- follow the rehab process and good luck with the recovery (and the wedding) 👊🏼⭐️👊🏼

I’m 5 years post same surgery. Biggest advice use that game ready as much as you can! Nothing happens until swelling is right down ! Good look lad 👍

Bill I'm 6 months post a catastrophic tibial plateau fracture. Smashed it to pieces. Still don't really know if I have an ACL as I've not had an MRI yet, but it'll be what it'll be. I'm still not at full extension but it's getting there day by day.

Had crucia rebuild in 2011 at 31 from silly grind on a BMX after the crazy stuff I've done on skateboard,dirt bike an BMX it was not funny at the time but now hey ho 😜🤣🥰

Forget about the vlogs for now and just concentrate on your recovery, to be honest the hard part hasn't started yet, physical therapy can be a bit difficult but it really pays off in the end, when I broke my leg it was 4 months to full recovery, in physical therapy I was doing exercises like picking up marbles with my foot and at first it was a struggle but eventually I got enough flexibility and range of motion where I could pick several at a time up and today even with a Titanium rod in my leg I can't even tell I ever broke my leg, your young and healthy and I'm sure you will have a quick recovery and congrats on your championship and your marriage, your having a very busy year enjoy every second of it, even the difficult moments will lead to something good in life,

I did it 3 years ago at age 47. keep up on the pt.... if your not on TRT it helps heal too! I was back on the bike in 11 weeks :)

Hang in there serious pain had mine done in November after 9 years with torn acl and both meniscus. 5 months and I'd say at 70%

Acl recovery was hardest injury to recover from especially when covid hit and everything stopped.. my exercises /physio was TH-cam

After many knee reconstructs bikes and rugby and booze 😂 I feel the pain just keep up the physio and don’t run too quick it all takes time 👍 and good luck for the big day you won’t get a better on to do it with 😘

Get on turmeric . Works wonders on knees. Especially wen the arthritis kicks in . Iv had over 10 ops on both knees. Turmeric and leat x frame braces keep me riding . Do as your told dont push it too early . Good luck bill . Yes yes
