Currently sitting here feeling down and not wanting to do my normal workout…also stomach is bloated and upset. I ate out last night but I definitely see a correlation. I lost 117lbs last year and have been keeping it off for the most part…but I’ve slipped in my diet and feel like crap…yet still keep eating the crappy foods. It’s insane!!! Wow! amazing progress you made! I had to really reassess my blue light exposure and stress level after diet work, let us know how you do!
